The firm provides appropriate solutions to its clients in managing individual employment relations (e.g. drafting, performing and terminating employment contracts, expatriation, and the status of directors) as well as collective employment relations (setting up and managing representative bodies, collective agreements, employee share schemes, profit-sharing, working time arrangements, collective agreements on the employment of older workers, etc.).

The firm also supports its clients during company restructuring (acquisition and compliance audits and collective redundancies) but also assists and/or represents the company during disputes (settlements, industrial and social security tribunals, and support during checks by the social security contribution office).
