Intellectual property and innovation

The firm assists clients with all aspects of intellectual property protection (French, Community and international trade marks, patents, conversion of PCT applications, designs, copyright, software and domain names), whether it be deciding on a strategy, filing applications with the appropriate bodies (such as the INPI or OMPI), or managing and exploiting them through assignments and licenses.

The firm also works with internet service providers on issues relating to regulation, liability and protection.
