Danièle Prieur worked for several major corporate law firms in Paris, Lyon and Marseille before founding Prieur & Stuckey in Marseille. Today she uses her considerable experience to enable companies to develop and adapt to economic and financial changes. Danièle is a French Foreign Trade Advisor and as such led the group of authors that produced Contrats internationaux, published by the CFCE, the French Centre for Foreign Trade, in 2002.

Robin Stuckey - Lawyer
Robin is of Anglo-French origin and began his career in military shipbuilding. In particular, he worked as a legal advisor for the Toulon site of DCNS (the prime contractor to the French navy) and a European consultant in complex naval systems. He changed course in 2003 and joined the Marseille Bar in order to work as a corporate lawyer.
Since then Robin has been using his energy and skills to enable business owners to make strategic decisions about starting up, growing and restructuring their companies and to support them in negotiating key contracts. He has particular expertise in new technologies and innovation.

Alexandra Maly - Lawyer
After completing a six-month placement in the legal department of Crédit Agricole SA and rounding off her training with six months at the Paris corporate law firm Landwell, Alexandra joined Prieur & Stuckey in January 2009.
Her particular specialisms are company law, tax advice and litigation.

Amélie Maure Demay - Lawyer
Amélie Maure Demay started out in the mergers and acquisitions/company law department of the international corporate legal firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris, where she worked for several years.
She then worked for Ernst & Young in Marseille before joining Prieur & Stuckey.
She specialises in company law, and particularly mergers, de-mergers, contributions to company capital, restructuring and capital transactions. Amélie supports business owners, directors, investment funds, and individual and family shareholders with their corporate affairs.
