- 25 November 2010 - Robin Stuckey conducts a training program "International Contracts" with The VAR Chamber of Commerce.

Danièle Prieur will take part at  the National Congress of Women Managers in Arles on 8th October www.fcefrance.com

 The firm will be taking part in the 'Bar Open' organised by the Société de Courtage des Barreaux (Bar Insurance Brokerage) on 30 September and 1 and 2 October on the Sainte Victoire and Barbaroux golf courses.

The firm's lawyers took part in 'Summer Camp 2010' and went down the Ardèche Gorges in a kayak.

In June 2010 Danièle Prieur took part in a seminar organised by Procamex and the Pay d'Arles Chamber of Commerce and Industry on international contracts.

The firm contributed to the Start International 2010 programme organised by the Marseille and Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry by running a seminar in May 2010.

On 23 February 2010 the firm presented the 2010 Finance Law during a business breakfast.

On 30 September 2009 (8:30 am) the firm organised a business breakfast on ‘National and international commercial practices’.

The firm organised its first Summer Camp in 2009 in Chamonix at the Refuge de Tête Rousse. Here are some photos taken on a walk that was a chance to recharge our batteries and gaze on the glaciers that we hope will last forever.

The firm took part in ‘Génération Entreprendre’ trade fair 2009 at the Parc Chanot in Marseille to represent the Marseille Bar Association.

On 31 March and 1 April 2009 Prieur & Stuckey took part in the Marseille 'Classe Export' trade fair - Danièle Prieur gave a lecture on 'Essential legal precautions for commercial agency and concession/distribution contracts (terms of the contract, performance of reciprocal obligations, applicable law, competent jurisdiction, dispute resolution, etc.)'.

26 March 2009- the Firm took part in the Var-Up trade fair at the Palais Neptune in Toulon. Robin Stuckey chaired a discussion on international contracts in a changing world.

10 February 2009 - Prieur & Stuckey presented the 2009 Finance Law during a business breakfast.

18 December 2008 - Information Half-Day: Negotiating contracts in an international context, organised by the Impulse and Multimédia Belle de Mai incubators. This half-day was lead by Jean-Yves Guieu, Deputy Director of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Delegation for Commerce and Crafts (DRCE) and Danièle Prieur of Prieur & Stuckey.

29 October 2008 - Prieur & Stuckey organised a business breakfast on the Law of 4 August 2008 on the Modernisation of the Economy where the following topics were discussed: Company Law - from the 'Ultra-simplified' Joint Stock Company to Companies with Translucent Capital and the Small Business Act à la française - myth or reality? A new attempt to modernise commercial practices.

21 to 23 May 2008 - Jean-Pascal Fiorentini and Philippe Chaussier, senior banking executive at the bank Martin Maurel, led a training event on tax optimisation for directors' remuneration at the EUROMED business school as part of the Executive Msc in Estate Planning for Business Owners.

19 and 20 March 2008 - Prieur & Stuckey took part in the 'Classe Export' trade fair in Marseille.

21 February 2008 - Prieur & Stuckey presented the 2008 Finance Law during a business breakfast.

15 and 21 January 2008 - Prieur & Stuckey led a seminar organised by the Var Federation of Independent Wine Producers on marketing wines for export.

29 November 2007 - The firm participated in a training event on 'Methods and techniques for negotiating contracts in an international context'. Impulse inter-university incubator and MDI Technopôle in Château Gombert.

25 October 2007 - Prieur & Stuckey participated in and spoke at a meeting of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Entreprendre's 2005 Prize winners' Club on the topic of international contracts.

11 October 2007 - Prieur & Stuckey participated in a seminar organised by Procamex in Arles on 'Anticipating and managing disputes in an international context'.

The Prieur & Stuckey - CWA team won the Juris'cup 2007 boat race in the HAN1 class on the One Way by winning three first places and one second place out of four rounds. Here are some photos...

10 May 2007 - the firm organised a business breakfast on tools and strategies to deal with fluctuations in the volume of business, which in particular discussed essential precautions for dealing with fluctuations and making your business sustainable, how to limit the risks of outsourcing, and in which circumstances casual labour can be used.

4 and 5 April 2007 - Prieur & Stuckey took part in the 'Classe Export' trade fair in Marseille and gave a talk on international commercial contracts.
